One-to-one coaching and custom meal plans built around the week you already have. No fads, no banned-food lists — just small changes that survive a busy Thursday.
“We start with the week you actually have — not the one a diet plan wishes you had.”

Meet Ivan
I got tired of watching good people fail at complicated plans.
Most nutrition advice assumes you have a free afternoon, a second fridge and no opinions about food. Real life is a commute, a deadline, and someone at home who won't eat quinoa.
So I work the other way around. We start with the week you actually have — the shifts, the takeaways, the Sunday roast — and we build from there. Small, boring changes that stack up, rather than a reset that collapses by Thursday.
You keep the foods you love. You learn why things work. And when life goes sideways, you already know how to get back on track without starting over.

Ways to work together
Three ways in. All of them start with a conversation.
Pick the level of support that fits right now — you can move between them at any point, and nothing is locked into a contract.
Most chosen
1:1 Nutrition Coaching
Ongoing coaching built around your week. We set the direction together, then adjust it as your life, training and appetite change.
From first call to a plan you can actually run, most people are up and going within a week.
01
A free 20-minute call
You tell me what's going on and what you've already tried. I tell you honestly whether I can help — and if I can't, who can.
02
The full picture
A proper consultation covering food, sleep, training, health history and the shape of your week. No judgement, no food diary shame.
03
Your plan, written for you
Three or four changes to start with. Not thirty. Written down, with the reasoning, so you're never just following orders.
04
We adjust, together
Regular check-ins to see what stuck and what didn't. The plan bends to your life — that's the whole point.
In their words
What changes is rarely the food. It's the pressure around it.
I'd been on and off diets for fifteen years. Ivan was the first person to ask what my actual week looked like before telling me anything. Six months in and I'm not 'on a plan' — I just eat differently now.

The meal plan changed how our whole house eats. My husband didn't even notice it was a 'diet', which was very much the point. The shopping list alone saves me an hour a week.

What I appreciated most was being told what the evidence actually says, including when it says 'we don't know'. No supplements pushed, no scare tactics.

Recipes I actually send to clients.
Weeknight food that takes less time than deciding what to order. No ingredient you can't buy in a normal shop.
Will you tell me to give up bread, coffee or wine?
No. Restriction is the reason most plans fail. We work out how the things you love fit into a week that still moves you toward your goal — and if something genuinely needs to change, I'll explain why rather than just banning it.
Do I need to weigh and log all my food?
Not usually. Some people find tracking useful for a short period to build awareness, and I'll show you how to do it properly if so. For most clients, a few structural habits do more than a food diary ever will.
How quickly will I see results?
That depends on where you're starting and what you're aiming at. Most clients notice energy and digestion shifting within two to three weeks. Body composition takes longer, and anyone promising you otherwise is selling something.
Do you work with medical conditions?
I work alongside your GP or specialist, not instead of them. For some conditions I'll refer you to a registered dietitian — I'll tell you that on the first call rather than after you've paid.
Is this in person or online?
Online by default, which means we can work together wherever you are. In-person sessions are available locally if you'd prefer — just mention it when you get in touch.
What if it isn't working?
Then we change it. Coaching is month to month with no lock-in contract, and you can stop whenever you like. I'd rather you left honestly than stayed unhappily.
