Who this policy covers

This policy applies to simplenutritionwithivan.com, operated by Simple Nutrition with Ivan ("we", "us"). If you have questions about it, contact simplenutritionwithivan@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address and whatever you write in the message, so we can reply to you.
• Newsletter: your email address, used only to send the newsletter you signed up for.
• Booking a call: the booking link takes you to Cal.com, a third-party scheduling service with its own privacy policy — we only receive what's needed to run the call (your name, email and chosen time).

We don't currently use cookies or analytics on this site. If that changes, this section — and, where required, a consent banner — will be updated first.

How we use it

Only to respond to you, deliver the newsletter, or run a booked call. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who else sees it

The people or services that help us run the site: our hosting provider, Sanity (which stores the blog content — not your personal information), and Cal.com (for bookings). We don't share your information beyond what's needed to provide the service.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time (there's a link in every email). Email simplenutritionwithivan@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.

Changes

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
